Solder lead
When soldering lead, the melting temperature of the solder is below the melting temperature of the metals to be joined. As soon as the melting temperature of the solder is reached, it flows between the two metal parts to be joined.
Care must be taken when soldering lead, because although the melting temperature of the solder is below the melting temperature of the lead, the lead is heated and toxic fumes are emitted.
In order not to endanger the protection of employees, it is advisable to avoid the generation of heat during lead processing by means of a suitable (re)construction.
Arnold employs specially trained designers so that no lead needs to be soldered during production.
