Uwe Arnold leaves the Executive Board
We hereby announce that Uwe Arnold will be stepping down from the Management Board of Arnold AG at his own request on January 1, 2023 after more than 33 years in management. He is thus handing over the baton to the two Management Board members Christoph Ebert and Ingo Stemmer.
With this step, Arnold AG is completing the strategic generational change that has been planned for many years.
As the majority owners, the Arnold family will remain loyal to the company from May 2023 through Uwe Arnold as a member of the Supervisory Board and will support its future development from this body.
We would like to thank Uwe Arnold for his great, visionary and heartfelt commitment over almost four decades and will continue to drive the company's development on the basis of his family's values and philosophy.
