Innovative LED lighting for paint booths from Arnold: In collaboration with the company Jung and Durst-Lackieranlagen, a state-of-the-art LED lighting solution has been created whose color temperature is infinitely adjustable - from warm white to daylight white. In addition, the light intensity can be dimmed individually to create optimum conditions for industrial painting.
With the commissioning of a state-of-the-art painting system for large components - equipped with the latest technology, some of which was developed in-house - Arnold has greatly expanded the capacity of its surface treatment center at the Steinbach-Hallenberg site (Thuringia). In four flexibly combinable painting booths, industrial components up to 21 meters in length can now be finished with a wide variety of paints and coatings: from functional industrial coatings to high-gloss paintwork of the highest quality.
The focus is on real heavyweights: extremely large industrial components, heavy machine components and metal sculptures with special paintwork.
