Digitalisation meets promotion of young talent - we are part of it!
The Digiscouts project in collaboration with RKW Hessen got off to a successful start on 27 February 2025 in Korbach! We are delighted to be part of this forward-looking project!

Over the next six months, our trainees Michelle Erdel, Aaron Kempf, Alexander Zessel, Dennis Matzner and Joshua Oesterling will explore digitalisation potential in the company, develop ideas and then present them at the final event in autumn 2025. Supported by Matthias Roepke, Astrid Geyer and an external coach from RKW Hessen.

Our aim here is not only to promote the digital skills of the next generation, but also to encourage and incentivise established colleagues to become more aware of the topics of automation and digitalisation. This is a valuable opportunity to develop new ideas and actively involve young talent in the transformation. Many thanks at this point to RKW Hessen GmbH and Wirtschaftsförderung/Regionalmanagement Waldeck-Frankenberg GmbH for the invitation - we are looking forward to the next creative impulses and look forward to shaping the future together with the Digiscouts!
