Changes to the Supervisory Board
This year saw a long-planned, well-prepared and extensive change to the Supervisory Board.
Thank you for 47 great years!
This year saw a long-planned, well-prepared and extensive change to the Supervisory Board. At the end of this year's Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2023, the term of office of Supervisory Board Chairman Dieter Stemmer will end after a total of 10 years. This means that Dieter Stemmer has served Arnold for 47 years, with one interruption between leaving the Management Board and joining the Supervisory Board. Prof. Dr. Holger Techen is also leaving the Supervisory Board after 14 years together.
As supporters, discussion partners and also as members of the Supervisory Board, both have made a significant contribution to the development of our company with their advice and commitment. We have always come to know and appreciate both of them as prudent, knowledgeable and critical Supervisory Board members. We would like to thank them both for their time together and wish them all the best for the future.
A strong team of four: our new Supervisory Board!
The Supervisory Board had selected the proposed candidates for the Board on the basis of previously defined, objective criteria.
Mr. Peeka Paasivaara, Dr. Ulich Albrecht-Früh and Uwe Arnold were unanimously elected to the Supervisory Board by the shareholders. The term of office began with immediate effect at the end of this year's Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2023. With immediate effect, the Supervisory Board consists of 4 members, chaired by Uwe Arnold. Congratulations and all the best.
