Arnold AG appoints new CEO
Boris Bachmeier takes office as Chairman of the Executive Board on September 1, 2024.

New impetus at the top of the company
Family businesses like Arnold AG require a clear management structure. The family and Supervisory Board have therefore decided to re-establish a CEO at the head of the company. We have been able to recruit Mr Bachmeier for this role, who has the ideal qualifications and management experience for this position. In his previous positions, he has impressively demonstrated that, with his structured and integrative management style, he is in a position to take the workforce along with him through change and to develop the company professionally. We therefore entrust him with the task of leading Arnold AG into the second century of the company's history

As an officer in the German Air Force, Boris Bachmeier studied economics and organisational sciences. Afterwards subsequently held various management positions. In 2010, after completing an Executive MBA at the European School of Business in Reutlingen, he moved into the industrial sector. This was followed by further positions as Managing Director in mechanical/plant engineering and the automotive sector.
The 44-year-old, who has over 20 years of management experience, comes across as an authentic and down-to-earth personality with a high degree of empathy for the workforce and extensive knowledge in the various areas of the company.
