Annual General Meeting 2024
On May 28, 2024, our 23rd Annual General Meeting took place at the "Taktgefühl" dance school in Friedrichsdorf in a very pleasant atmosphere and personal setting. All 71 shareholders were invited.
An assembly with a sense of rhythm
Our Management Board (Christoph Ebert and Ingo Stemmer) and the newly elected Supervisory Board (Uwe Arnold, Detlef Walter, Pekka Paasivaara and Dr. Ulrich Albrecht-Früh) provided exciting insights into the situation of our company, including financial figures, project status and the outlook for the future.
A special feature was that Uwe Arnold was present for the first time in his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Arnold AG. As chairman of the meeting, he led the event with aplomb.
The official part of the event began at 10:00 a.m., followed by the informal part at 1:00 p.m. with delicious Italian food at "La Scala". It was nice.
By the way: The opportunity to become a shareholder and thus a co-owner of Arnold is exclusively open to Arnold employees.
