The industrial expertise of our designers is available to you for machine enclosures, racks, and complete machines. Your contact person will give you comprehensive advice on the materials and joining technology used before the designer starts on the drawings. Alternatively, we can also work on the basis of your own design drawings. In that case, we will check it first and adapt it if necessary. From single units to small and medium-sized series, when it comes to machine engineering for your product, the sky’s the limit!

Complex surfaces

We are able to mix paints economically even in small quantities on our own paint mixing bench.

Our wet-painting system, including an upstream pretreatment system, gives your surfaces the desired look. We use nanoceramics (zirconium oxide) to clean your industrial housing before painting and building up temporary corrosion protection. The pre-treatment prepares your product for painting in an optimum way. Water-based paints can also be used without any problems.

Do you fancy a bit of color? Choose the color for your preferred design for your rack or machine from our in-house paint mixing bench—where even small quantities can be produced. Your choice doesn’t just demonstrate your flexibility and cost-awareness, but also protects the environment. If you wish, we can polish your product to a roughness of up to Rz 0.04 µm.
