When it comes to the production of stainless steel components, Arnold is characterized by the manufacture of high-quality components that meet the highest standards of accuracy of fit and surface quality. One notable project in 2022 involved the production of 128 individual stainless steel components for a customer in the security technology sector. These components, which were used without further surface treatment, were produced in different variants and transported safely internationally. Arnold uses specialized bending tools and has expertise in welding thin sheets and applying a uniform finish after welding.
Medical devices and analysis technology
In medical and analysis technology, Arnold offers a wide range of services that are individually tailored to the customer's needs. This includes specialist support in the cost-relevant design phase, the selection of a wide range of manufacturing processes and highly flexible CNC production. The company employs special joining techniques such as the click variant and uses thin stainless steel sheets that are ideal for use in cleanroom areas. Arnold continuously invests in new technologies to increase the durability and quality of medical products. In addition, Arnold offers logistical solutions such as consignment stock and online KANBAN stock for series production.
Mechanical engineering
In mechanical engineering, Arnold covers the production of machine housings, frames and complete machines, from small quantities to medium series. Production includes processes such as laser cutting, punching, bending, welding and final assembly, including electronics and wet painting. Special attention is paid to surface treatment, using nano-ceramic pre-treatment and an in-house paint mixing bench to enable flexible and environmentally friendly color designs. Arnold also offers eeva workshops to optimize the efficiency of the machines and minimize costs and overhauls through a holistic value and process analysis.
