To ensure that your training is also an experience, we go the extra mile for you:
- You will be part of a strong team of trainees with great colleagues.

- At our weekly trainee meeting on current topics and projects, you can contribute your wishes and ideas.
- You will learn the basics of metalworking in our own training workshop.
- Pure variety: depending on your profession, you will work in many different departments.
- You'll show what you're made of in small and large trainee projects.
- You will receive individual training and support, including tutoring if required
- Our intensive exam preparation will prepare you for your successful completion of your apprenticeship.
- During the joint training trip, you will have lots of fun with all trainees from both locations.
- If you perform well, you have very good chances of being taken on.
