Application documents in general

The tabular CV is the heart of your application because it gives us an insight into your practical experience and specialist knowledge. A cover letter is not obligatory, but it helps us to find out more about you as a person and your motivation. Certificates of employment or internships from other employers as well as diplomas and certificates of achievement give us a first impression of your professional achievements.

Please always include an e-mail address and telephone number in your application so that we can contact you.

When uploading documents to the applicant portal, please note the maximum file size of 10 MB per file. Permitted file types are docx, pdf, jpg, gif and txt.

Additional application documents for internship and apprenticeship

If you are a pupil (m/f/d), please always send us your last three school reports. If you are a student (m/f/d), we would like you to send us a current overview of your academic achievements as well as the relevant internship or examination regulations of your (future) university if you are applying for an internship or a thesis with us.

Online, e-mail or folder?

To reduce the processing time of your application, applications must be submitted via our online system. We have kept this as simple and clear as possible:

Please note that we digitize application folders sent by post, but do not keep them and do not return them. If you would like to have your documents returned, please enclose a stamped and labeled envelope with your application.

Unsolicited application

If you cannot find the right position for you in the vacancies advertised, we look forward to receiving your informative speculative application as a qualified specialist or manager (m/f/d). You will find the links to the speculative application for the desired location via our online system below our job overview.

We will be happy to check whether we have a requirement in our company that matches your expectations and professional qualifications. You will always receive feedback from us, even if we are unable to offer a suitable position at the moment.

Remuneration concept

If this is explicitly requested in the job advertisement, you should state your desired gross annual salary. This allows us to see at a glance whether your expectations fit into our salary structure.

Procedure of the selection process

In the first step, all incoming documents are reviewed by the HR department and forwarded to the relevant department(s) if necessary. They will then make a further pre-selection. If we decide to shortlist you, we will invite you to a personal interview. In the production area, we also like to use the opportunity of trial work to get a practical impression of your skills and abilities and to give you the chance to get to know our processes, products and the team.

Selection of trainees

For trainees (m/f/d), we not only look at grades, but also at internships, hobbies and interests that match the respective profession. We invite all applicants (m/f/d) that we find interesting to our cross-professional applicant days. They usually take place between November and March for the start of training the following summer. In addition to traditional tests, these days also include job-related practical tasks or a taster internship.
