For the performance “Angst” by Anne Imhof we developed a “box” according to the artist’s design which served as part of the installation in which her performance took place. The object was constructed out of individual 3D-distorted aluminum sheets, which were welded together. The surface was deliberately left rough. The degree of three-dimensional distortion achieved in this work took us to the very limits of possibility.
