The Arnold mission statement - what we use as a guideline

The mission statement describes how we see the Arnold AG and what we are targeting our activities at in the next few years.

The corporate mission statement of the ARNOLD AG:
Since 1924 the family-run company ARNOLD… stark in Metall! has offered a competent performance in metal working. The company’s permanent existence has ever since been more important than short-term financial success. The company acts in a way which is characterized by a long-term orientation as well as the intention to actively develop necessary changes.
The range of products and services includes:
- Complex components with individual requirements regarding processing, construction and logistics in small to medium-sized quantities for clients in Europe.
- Sophisticated elements for design and architecture projects as well as creative art all over the world.
- Advisory services for questions of technical feasibility and support in the development of new markets for ARNOLD clients.
ARNOLD supplies customized solutions, even in those situations where others have long before answered your requests with “no”. ARNOLD puts its trust in traditional craftsmanship and complements it with reliable advanced technologies. ARNOLD understands itself as a long-term and reliable business partner for clients, suppliers and service providers.

The ARNOLD staff is qualified by outstanding personal commitment, broad qualification, a high sense of responsibility for the whole company as well as passion and enthusiasm. The staff has the right to take a share in the company.

Future and development for 100 years of ARNOLD …strong in metals!

The ARNOLD AG strives to reach increasing financial independence at a growing corporate value. This shall be achieved in the next few years based on continuing positive operational results with the basic requirements being the systematic and continuous improvement of: quality, productivity, velocity and innovation for all internal and external processes.

ARNOLD continuously refines and develops the existing range of services and products. Apart from this, ARNOLD actively defines and develops new markets with a promising future, both in the framework of the existing competence levels as well as through the application of new technologies. ARNOLD primarily banks on the current locations, not ruling out additional ones, though.
The ARNOLD mission statement is complemented annually by short and medium-term targets, implementation strategies and defined individual actions. These will then be implemented by management teams or teams of staff members.
